Job summary

Jiffy Lube - Allied Automotive Group in Auburn, IN seeks a Multicare Technician (Mechanic) to deliver high-quality automotive services in a fast-paced shop. You will perform oil changes, inspections, fluid exchanges, filter replacements, tire work, and basic diagnostics while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of automotive experience, knowledge of preventive maintenance, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive or mechanical experience.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and basic automotive systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certification(s) a plus (ASE A5 preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes (conventional to synthetic).
• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings.
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wipers, and batteries.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
• Assist in brake service and diagnostics.
• Provide quotes and service recommendations.
