Job summary

Invariant seeks a Graphic Designer to join our Strategic Communications and Public Affairs team. This is a mid-level, production-focused role for an experienced designer who can work independently, move quickly from brief to execution, and manage a high volume of work across multiple clients and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant graphic design experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Figma with component libraries and brand systems.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Ability to translate Figma designs into PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce client-facing materials across digital and print formats.
• Create decks, social graphics, ads, one-pagers, reports, and brand assets.
• Ensure consistency across multiple brands and manage production from brief to delivery.
• Collaborate with account teams and clients; translate communications objectives into visuals.
• Stay current with design trends.
