Mobilelink is seeking a Territory/District Manager to oversee multiple stores, coach Retail Store Managers, and drive sales with a focus on customer experience and brand growth.

You will mentor teams, implement business improvements, and ensure operational excellence across locations. This full-time role offers a base salary with commission, leadership development, and opportunities to advance within Mobilelink.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in consumer electronics or related retail.
• Experience leading and scaling across multiple locations.
• Strong ability to recruit and mentor top talent.
• Proven track record of training and performance management.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
