Charter Foods, Inc., a QSR franchisee of KFC, Long John Silver's and Taco Bell, is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support year-round preventive maintenance and repairs in our restaurant kitchens located in Warren, OH.

The technician will service HVAC/R, walk-in coolers and other kitchen equipment, perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and ensure equipment reliability across our Ohio restaurants. Competitive pay with overtime possibilities.

Formación

• Three years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Technical school graduate or degree required.
• Experience with restaurant kitchen equipment and HVAC/R preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.
• Troubleshoot and repair walk-in coolers, freezers, and related systems.
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, and equipment servicing tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Entry Level 3 years
• Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills, Basic computer skills
• Skills-Applications: Commercial; Light Commercial; Refrigeration (Walk in Coolers, Freezers); Restaurant Kitchen Equipment
• Skills-Physical: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and able to climb ladders.
