Charter Foods, Inc., a QSR franchisee of KFC, Long John Silver's and Taco Bell restaurants, is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.

You will join a growing company that values reliability and hands-on problem solving. The role requires 3 years of experience and technical school or degree, with ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or technical trade.
• Technical school degree or equivalent education required.
• HVAC/R, kitchen equipment, ice machines, and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
