Job summary

Charter Foods, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in our restaurant locations.

You will ensure reliable operations across our brands including Taco Bell, KFC and Long John Silver's. Ideal candidates have technical training in HVAC/R and appliance maintenance, can lift 50 lbs, and possess basic computer skills to document work orders and parts.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduate or degree required.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers and freezers).
• Proficient basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round preventative maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.
• Support maintenance across multiple brands under Charter Foods.

Requirements:

• Experience: Entry Level 3 years
• Minimum Education: Technical School Graduate or Degree
• HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills, Basic computer skills
• Skills-Applications: Commercial; Light Commercial; Refrigeration (Walk in Coolers, Freezers); Restaurant Kitchen Equipment
