Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills and basic math and financial management.

• Ensure operational and food safety standards are met.
• Analyze sales and drive improvement in operations and profitability.
• Lead team meetings and train restaurant managers on various topics.
