Qualifications

• 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience required.
• 5+ years Merchandising experience required.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility across multiple units required.

• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop innovative solutions and improve workflows.
• Mentor and empower teams across multiple locations to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience

• 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Physical Demands

• Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
