SONIC Multi-Unit Leader Job Description
SONIC offers a fun working environment with great pay, flexible hours, and a cool uniform. As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage operations across multiple SONIC drive-ins, overseeing General Managers and staff to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and coach General Managers and employees; conduct management orientation.
- Ensure service standards are met by directing and assigning staff duties.
- Oversee multiple drive-in employees and management in performing all station duties to meet operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices; address employee issues and policy violations.
- Review work schedules to ensure proper staffing; monitor cost control procedures for food, labor, and inventory.
- Audit employment and payroll records; monitor vendor performance.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally; take corrective actions as needed.
- Recruit, interview, and hire management team members; approve compensation levels.
- Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for financial or sales issues.
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans.
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR; multi-unit supervision experience is a plus.
- Willing to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, basic accounting, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and resolve problems effectively.
- Adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
