SONIC Multi-Unit Leader
SONIC is seeking a Multi-Unit Leader to manage operations across multiple drive-ins. This role involves training and supporting General Managers and employees to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and coach General Managers and staff, conducting management orientation.
- Ensure service standards are met by directing and assigning employees accordingly.
- Oversee employees performing various duties in different stations to meet operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with employee policies and address issues promptly.
- Manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing and service levels.
- Monitor and control costs related to food, labor, and inventory.
- Review vendor performance and take corrective actions when needed.
- Audit employment and payroll records.
- Prioritize guest needs and handle escalated complaints effectively.
- Recruit, interview, and hire management team members.
- Approve compensation within company guidelines.
- Prepare operational reports and develop strategies to improve financial and sales performance.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
- Experience in multi-unit supervision is a plus.
- Willingness to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and accounting skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
