SONIC Multi-Unit Leader

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees across multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, creating an enjoyable guest experience. Key duties include:
- Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and staff, including conducting management orientation.
- Ensuring service standards are met by directing and assigning employees.
- Overseeing employees performing various station duties during shifts, depending on store volume, to meet operational standards for food quality and service.
- Ensuring compliance with employee handbook policies and practices.
- Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly and reporting them to supervisors.
- Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service.
- Monitoring and controlling costs related to food, labor, and inventory, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Auditing employment and payroll records.
- Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints respectfully.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.
- Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.
- Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial and sales improvements.
- Implementing regional marketing plans.
Additional requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
- Minimum of three years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
- Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.
- Availability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, health and sanitation regulations.
- Leadership, communication, basic accounting, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively.
- Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
