Charter Foods, Inc., a QSR franchisee of KFC, Long John Silver's and Taco Bell restaurants, is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to provide year-round maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and HVAC/R within our restaurants.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in facility maintenance or relevant role.
• Technical school graduate or degree required.
• HVAC/R knowledge and ability to service kitchen equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment and HVAC/R in restaurants.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend solutions.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and routine inspections.
