Qualifications

• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair, construct and maintain buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Plan and lay out repair projects and prepare cost estimates.
• Lead or supervise semi-skilled workers when assigned.
• Maintain records and prepare related reports.
• Work independently under general supervision.
