Job summary

Michigan Repair & Maintenance is seeking a Multi-trade Field Technician for commercial, retail, industrial and residential service calls across Metro Detroit (St. Clair, Macomb, Wayne).

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay plus overtime and requires on-site work at diverse client sites. You will execute work orders, complete punch lists, perform repairs, and document work with notes/photos while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multi-trade/handyman experience preferred.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work occasional after-hours retail windows.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Execute work orders with quality and clean job sites
• Communicate status with dispatch and clients
• Document work with notes/photos when required
• Represent MRM professionally on every site
