Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or commercial construction/remodeling experience.
• Strong drywall finishing and repair skills.
• Interior painting experience.
• Finish carpentry and trim experience.
• Flooring installation experience.
• Accurate measurements and material takeoffs.
• Troubleshoot construction problems in the field.
• Able to work independently or with a crew.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Professional communication with customers and team.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Complete reconstruction and repair projects, independently.
• Assist mitigation division when skilled trade work is needed.
• Drywall installation, patching, finishing, and repairs.
• Interior painting and touch-up work.
• Baseboard, casing, and trim installation.
• Door and hardware installation.
• LVP, laminate, and other flooring installation and repairs.
• Minor framing and carpentry.
• Cabinetry detach/reset or installation.
• Punch-list and warranty repairs.
• Assist with mitigation tasks: emergency repairs, board-ups, stabilization, removal.
