SunAlgo develops the platforms behind connected products and clinical software, including Volt IoT and the Druid impairment-screening product for Impairment Science. These are multi-tenant systems with real customers inside them.

A route that authenticates a caller but forgets to scope a query is the defect we spend the most effort designing out. We are seeking a senior TypeScript engineer to build and extend APIs over Postgres, keep data isolation, and ensure reliable authorization, testing,

Formación

• Several years writing production TypeScript on both sides of an API.
• Real Postgres experience, including migrations with safe rollback.
• You've worked on a multi-tenant system and ensured data isolation.
• Comfort with Vue or React front-ends and modern component tooling.
• You write tests where they earn their place and know why.
• Strong focus on authorization and access control.

Responsabilidades

• Build and extend multi-tenant TypeScript APIs over Postgres.
• Develop portals on top of APIs using Hono, Drizzle, and Nuxt-like approaches.
• Handle organization scoping and row-level access in large products.
• Implement identity, roles, permissions, and MFA considerations.
• Apply schema changes safely to live customer data with migrations.
• Keep API types in sync from database to browser to catch CI failures early.
• Support device-facing surfaces including enrollment and telemetry ingest.
• Integrate billing, usage metering, and third-party integrations.
• Deploy across AWS, self-hosted PaaS, and Cloudflare Pages; verify shipped code.
