Fusion Academy is a private, fully accredited 1-to-1 school for grades 5–12, offering a flexible schedule and personalized lesson design. As a Multi-Subject Teacher, you will tailor instruction, mentor students, and collaborate with dedicated colleagues to shape a supportive campus culture.

You’ll teach a wide range of courses using provided curriculum and resources, while maintaining accurate records and pursuing ongoing professional growth in a dynamic, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (English, Math, History, Science, and more) with curriculum/resources provided.
• Experience with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.

Pay Range
