Job summary

Mobilelink in Memphis is seeking a Territory/District Manager to coach store leaders, inspire teams, and drive sales across multiple locations. You’ll mentor Retail Store Managers, model excellence, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while aligning with the brand’s goals.

The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, multi-unit management, and a track record in talent development. Expect nights/weekends support, a base+commission package ($90,000–$105,000) and a Level Up pathway with

• Strong recruiter and mentor
• Proven track record of training and performance management

• Inspire and lead by coaching Retail Store Managers and their teams
• Maximize performance by developing store leaders to drive sales and customer service
