Job summary

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team in McAllen, TX. You will operate a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install appliances for residential and commercial customers, combining driving with hands-on installation duties.

The ideal candidate has CDL, strong customer service, and the ability to lift 100+ lbs. Safety-minded with pre/post-trip inspections and accurate record-keeping will be essential, along with using mobile devices for confirmations.

Qualifications

• MUST be 21+ years of age.
• CDL or Chauffeur's license required.
• Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
• Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
• Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
• Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
• Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
