Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking Restaurant Team Members in El Dorado, AR. You’ll perform Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard duties and, if applicable, Drive-Thru, delivering fast, friendly service in a high-energy setting.

This role emphasizes a contagious positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to multitask across stations while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Irregular hours, including nights and weekends, are common but rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly.
• Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm.
• Packaging all menu items and checking quality and consistency.
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats.
• Preparing food orders, cooking on the grill, operating fry station as needed.
• Cleaning the drive-in restaurants—trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counters, sanitizing food areas.
