Job summary

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a full-time Culinary Operations Cook to manage multiple workstations and ensure efficient line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift in accordance with specifications and standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and garnishing foods per recipes, maintaining refrigeration and storage, keeping stations clean, following procedures, and assisting guests while running one or more stations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two years experience in a similar position.
• ServSafe certification or ability to become certified required.
• This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
• Maintains all refrigeration and dry storage areas to ensure proper handling and rotation of products.
• Ensures that stations are clean and that all food items are properly covered and stored at the end of shift.
• Follows all recipes, specs, and control procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with health regulations.
• Assists with guest requests.
• Runs a station or multiple stations.
