Qualifications

• 1 year of field-based work experience, preferably in Construction/Demolition.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and contract terms.
• Work with Project Managers to develop schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor operations and document processes.
• Complete reports of equipment locations and daily project reports.
• Perform safety sensitive tasks and handle hazardous materials.
