Job summary

TGA Premier Sports is hiring part-time instructors for after-school programs in Local schools. Classes run 2:00–5:00pm, 1–2 hours each, with training provided. No prior instruction experience required, just a love for sports and kids, plus reliable transportation and a clear background check.

• Coordinate with schools as needed to support activities.

Job description

TGA Premier Sports runs a national sports enrichment program that specializes in at-school after school Golf, Tennis, Flag Football, Pickleball, or Cheerleading enrichment classes for Pre-K and elementary school students. All enrichment classes take place on school campuses during the after school time period, usually starting between 2:00pm-4:00pm, and lasting 1-2 hours.

We are looking for instructors to begin training and start teaching classes. If you believe you would be a good fit for TGA please reply to this posting with your resume and any other information you believe is important.

Must be enthusiastic and love working with children.

• Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid.
• Available in the afternoon at least 3 days per week within the after school hours of 2:00-5:00
• Have a reliable source of transportation.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for sports & physical fitness.
• Previous instruction experience is not required just a passion for the games; TGA provides curriculum training.
• Be able to have a clear background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Job Type: Part-time

• Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Coach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommend (must stay employed for 60 days)
