Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Medical Assistant for our Queen Creek multi‑specialty clinic. You will work after check‑in with patients and families in a fast‑paced setting spanning family, internal and pediatric care. The role offers opportunities to support providers and participate in varied clinical tasks.

Qualified candidates have MA certification, BLS, and Arizona clearance. You will contribute to high‑quality patient care and efficiency with a team of clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• MA/Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Provider certification required (in person).
• Active MA certification (CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA) required and current.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and background check at hire time.
• Proficient with medical software and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by recording vitals and chief complaint.
• Assist providers with exams and in‑office procedures and maintain patient flow.
• Coordinate care: pre‑certifications, referrals, authorizations, prescriptions, scheduling, and test results.
