Job summary

IRT Living, a vibrant multi-family community operator, seeks a Service Technician to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more, while inspecting grounds and assisting with apartment turns. You will uphold safety standards and resident service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property maintenance, EPA I & II and CPO preferred, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift heavy loads; company-paid training in Tampa, FL,

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields.
EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; move items upstairs/downstairs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and complete repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and more.
Conduct daily inspections of property grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
Assist with apartment turns, including painting, repairs, and general unit preparation for new residents.
Maintain compliance with safety procedures, building codes, and company policies.
