7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role maintains in-store equipment, from beverage and food machines to ice makers and fuel dispensers, ensuring units operate at peak performance.

You will respond to maintenance requests, manage parts inventory, generate daily reports, and help train junior technicians. A HS diploma or GED and a valid license are required, with benefits and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to support peers and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and prioritize work with a sense of facility location ownership.
