This role involves both indoor and outdoor physical labor, requiring attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, flooring, and remodeling.
• Mastery in at least 2 or 3 core trades is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry and structural repairs.
• Install and repair drywall, including hanging and finishing.
• Construct and repair decks, fences, and other structures.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Install and repair siding and exterior trim.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skill Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction and remodeling. Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

This position requires strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be highly skilled in several trades and proficient in a wide range of construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry, framing, and structural repairs
• Install and repair drywall, including hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing
• Install various flooring types (LVP, laminate, tile, hardwood)
• Construct and repair decks, fences, and exterior structures
• Install and repair siding and exterior trim
• Perform remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades
• Assemble cabinets, doors, fixtures, and other building components
• Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
