Job summary

Public Storage in Minnesota is hiring a Property Manager to work across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will handle cash deposits and stay on top of payments with reminder calls. The role requires a valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between properties, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations (mileage reimbursement).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness for rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
