Job summary

Sports Facilities Management, LLC is seeking a Shared Marketing Manager to lead marketing across The Refinery Fieldhouse + Event Center and Amarillo Netplex. You will craft strategies, manage brand presence, and drive engagement for multiple locations.

Experience in multi-site management, facility marketing, and social media execution is preferred. The role focuses on digital campaigns, content creation, SEO optimization, and KPI reporting to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related field.
• Understand business basics (P&L, budgeting, project management).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Passionate about marketing, brand-building, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each venue; manage timelines and execution.
• Coordinate digital and traditional campaigns; manage social media, SEO, email marketing, and online engagement.
• Create content and deliverables per marketing plan (blog posts, ad copy, graphics, social posts).
• Analyze performance metrics and report to General Manager; adjust strategies based on KPIs.
