Job summary

Public Storage in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Property Manager role. Earn $15.00 per hour with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends till 5pm). You’ll work at multiple properties, assess storage needs, and help keep spaces ready to rent.

Mileage reimbursement and company benefits are provided, with performance bonuses for strong results. Applicants should have customer-service oriented sales experience and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Ability to travel between different properties with own vehicle.
• Comfort with upselling packing and moving supplies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations across properties.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls when required.
