Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for a Multi-Site Officer to maintain a safe environment across client sites. You will monitor premises, control access, and patrol multiple locations while upholding post orders and delivering dependable customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and can work independently. Travel to multiple sites and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
• Must be able to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks at assigned sites as required.
