Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Security Officer in Maryland to cover open shifts on an on-call basis. You may work across Laurel, Hanover, and Glen Burnie with hours ranging from 8 to 40 per week and a base wage of $20.00 per hour.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to work at multiple locations are required. Applicants should have at least 2 years of security experience or prior law enforcement, corrections, or military background.

• Monitor and patrol multiple client sites on varying schedules.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premises.

Job description

Wage: $20.00/ hour
Officer will be on call to cover open shifts and will not have a set schedule. Hours will vary based on operational needs (8-40 hours per week). This position will support 1st and 2nd shifts.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work at multiple locations in Laurel, Hanover, and Glen Burnie, MD. A clean and professional appearance is required.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of security experience and/or prior law enforcement, corrections, or military experience.

They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
