Job summary

GMA Garnet USA is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the multi-site safety programs across three U.S. processing locations and coordinate safety for the Montana mine.

Reporting to the Director EH&S, the role will drive safety improvements, audits and training across sites to meet OSHA, MSHA, DOT, EPA and company standards. The position partners with Plant Managers, maintenance and operations to elevate safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safety-first culture across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years in safety/EHS with multi-site leadership experience.
• Experience in mining, mineral processing, industrial sand or high-risk operations; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs across three U.S. processing locations and the Montana mine where applicable.
• Develop, implement and maintain safety procedures, risk controls and management of change across sites.
• Coordinate safety audits, incident investigations and corrective actions; ensure timely closure and documentation.
