Job summary

Van Ausdall & Farrar (VAF) is seeking a dependable Print & Customer Service Specialist to support customers across Indianapolis-area locations. The role includes print production, front-desk support, mail runs, and site coverage with travel between customer sites.

Stated pay is $18.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No evenings or weekends. Training is provided; benefits and long-term opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Don't have print-industry experience? That's okay; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service at multiple customer sites.
• Build positive relationships with customers and act as a trusted resource on site.
• Support front-desk tasks, mail runs, and conference/meeting room readiness.
• Operate or assist with print production tasks and mail services.
• Travel between customer locations; mileage reimbursement may apply.
