Job summary

Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time split opening serving residents at Berkeley Springs and Martinsburg facilities. You’ll evaluate needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with an in-house rehab team to deliver hands-on therapy.

This role includes supervising COTAs, leading interdisciplinary meetings, and contributing to a stability-focused, promote-from-within culture with strong staff support and ongoing CEU

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Occupational Therapy License.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient’s/resident’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan in accordance with patient’s needs.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment, as well as education of treatment staff including therapists and other members of team involved in treatment plan.
• Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to rehab team, including family education and consultation.
