Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Occupational Therapist to plan and implement patient treatment programs across age groups. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide coverage across acute/inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehab settings.

The role requires an OT or MOT/OTD degree, Texas licensure, and BLS certification within 90 days. Clinical experience is preferred, with responsibilities spanning diverse clinical areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OTD or MOT in Occupational Therapy; candidates with pre-2007 education will be considered.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist by Texas Board of OT Examiners required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Provide therapy services across acute/inpatient, outpatient orthopedics, and neurologic rehab settings as needed.
