You will work with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti networks, perform hardware maintenance, disaster recovery planning, and staff training, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data protection across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network administration and multi-location IT support, with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti experience.
• Certifications like Network+ or CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and VPN across 65+ locations.
• Implement and monitor network security measures (firewalls, encryption, antivirus).
• Provide remote and on-site IT support across locations; troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues.
• Maintain documentation for network infrastructure and licenses; monitor performance.
• Travel to facilities for on-site support and upgrades.
