Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead operations across Johnson Creek, WI and Modesto, CA. You will oversee multi-shift manufacturing, align safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and partner with HR and leadership to optimize staffing and resources.

You will drive KPI tracking, continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product launches while developing leaders and ensuring training and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or production management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production performance, KPIs, staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• ISO Quality Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing and multi-site operations across Johnson Creek, WI and Modesto, CA.
• Lead multi-shift operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.
• Partner with leaders to ensure staffing, scheduling, overtime, and resource allocation.
• Monitor production KPIs, trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and global leadership on strategic manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop leadership capability and succession planning; coach and mentor teams.
• Lead the budgeting process for manufacturing and related operations.
• Support R&D and Product Management with new product and process launches.
