Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a senior operations executive to lead manufacturing at the Gloucester and Newburyport sites. You will drive strategic planning, production targets, and continuous improvement across two facilities, overseeing a large team and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

With 10–15 years of experience, you will align site strategy with company goals and manage budgets, KPIs, and resource optimization to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 Years of experience required.
• Leads an organization of approximately 300 people across two sites.

Mansioni

• Provides executive leadership in the strategic planning, preparation, execution, and continuous improvement of all manufacturing operations.
• Sets production targets, budgets, and KPIs; monitors performance and drives corrective action.
• Establishes and controls project schedules and timelines.
• Optimizes resource utilization and efficiency to minimize cost and ensure on-time delivery of product to customers.
• Directs and mentors Manufacturing Team personnel to achieve production goals in line with safety and quality standards.
