Qualifications

• Must have basic plumbing knowledge.
• Experience with electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3 phase).
• Proficient with small power/hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience up to 5 ton units.

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests for multiple locations, ensuring minimal downtime.
