The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to diagnose problems, and the capacity to multitask while reporting on follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Good organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to follow direction and diagnose problems.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
• Experience in general maintenance, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
