Job summary

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will support several restaurants in and around the Brunswick, GA area. Responsibilities include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, as well as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance tasks.

Required experience includes basic plumbing, electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208V, single and 3 phase), use of small power/hand tools, HVAC repair up to 5 tons, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• Must have basic plumbing experience.
• Must be able to wire basic electrical (low voltage and 120/208 V, single and 3 phase).
• HVAC repair experience for units up to 5 ton.
• EPA Universal Certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Repair or maintain roof, doors, blinds, tiles, and related building components.
• Operate as a reliable technician for multiple locations in the area.
