Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a proactive Multi-Site Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to support three properties in Tampa. You will convert leads into tours, conduct personalized community tours, and drive lease activity while ensuring an outstanding resident experience.

You’ll leverage social media to generate awareness and engagement, maintain a polished professional presence, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service.

As a Multi-Site Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), your primary responsibilities include:

• Support 3 properties within Tampa
• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week

Salary Range

$47,000—$50,000 USD
