Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
• RIDE Certification preferred.
• Minimum 30 hours ongoing annual training including RIELDS 2.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with DCYF and Head Start Education Performance Standards.
• Conduct family conferences and home visits.
