Job summary

LifeLong Medical Care's LeNoir Health Center in Oakland seeks a Center Director to lead day-to-day operations, including service planning, staffing, and quality of care. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Senior Center Director and supervises multiple centers, guiding budgets and performance with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing patient access, scheduling, clinic flow, and throughput optimization.
• Proficiency with Tableau and EHR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Budget, financial & operational performance reporting and optimization.
• Oversee access, throughput, panel management, and service delivery.
• Supervise and develop center staff and workforce plans.
• Lead program planning, implementation & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA/Medicaid and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate external partnerships and patient experience initiatives.
• Oversee facilities, safety and general administration.
