Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer for a Paramus, NJ site. You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, and respond to incidents across multiple client locations through our shift-pickup platform.

This full-time role offers opportunities for advancement, paid orientation, uniforms and equipment provided at no cost, and ongoing training. The position requires reliability, good communication, and flexibility to work at all three posted locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills are required.
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to operate radio/console equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe and report irregular or suspicious activities; monitor entrances and exits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs as required.
