Qualifications

• Licensure in electrical, plumbing or general construction.
• Clean NYS Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5+ years in renovation, construction or maintenance for a large employer.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property in good condition, in compliance with codes and licensure.
• Supervises maintenance and custodial staff and Projects Team.
• Monitors contract compliance for external projects.
• Performs necessary repairs as needed.
• Trains subordinate staff and participates in hiring and evaluation.
• Maintains a schedule of general maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoots and responds to emergencies.
• Travel to multiple sites and respond to facilities-related issues.
