Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience and reliability.
• Skilled with power tools and hand tools for repairs.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, or parts catalogs as needed.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and after-hours when required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to facilities technicians.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across NY locations.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee basic repairs: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor structures.
• Coordinate vendor repairs and manage preventive maintenance plans.
• Maintain inventories and manage repair estimates with the facilities manager.
• Support capital projects and facility improvement budgets.
• Ensure sanitation, safety procedures, and weekly leadership updates.
