Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Facilities Technician (Porter/Groundskeeper) for San Artes/San Bellara in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining grounds and interiors, contributing to curb appeal and cleanliness across the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year porter/groundskeeper experience required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willingness to work cohesively as a part of a team.
• Ability to interact positively and courteously with team members and residents.
• Prior experience working as groundskeeper, landscaper, porter, or related position
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds and work areas throughout the day.
• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, dumpster areas, parking lots and other community buildings.
• Remove trash from exterior grounds, trash containers, and vacant apartments prior to make-ready process.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including property walks and landscaping assessments.
• Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and upkeep of pools, tot lots, light fixtures, breezeways, amenity areas and BBQ grills.
• Perform janitorial tasks, including power washing and light exterior painting of speed bumps, curbs, etc.
