Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Director of Facilities Engineering to lead a multi-site manufacturing footprint. You will shape the long-term vision for building portfolios, guide renovations and modernization, and drive safety, compliance, and cost efficiency across locations.

This role is based in Warroad, MN with relocation benefits offered. You will oversee HVAc, electrical, and facility systems, while managing a team and partnering with procurement on contracts and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Master's beneficial.
• 10+ years of facilities engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience.
• PE license preferred; ICC certification beneficial.
• Experience with multi-site operations in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems and capital project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year facilities engineering strategy.
• Lead capital planning and plant expansions.
• Partner with Procurement to define scope and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, compressed air, fire protection, and more.
• Drive compliance with OSHA, environmental regs, and NFPA standards.
• Advance facility data management and use of IoT/BAS systems.
• Lead and develop a high-performing facilities team.
• Collaborate with sites to support facility needs and projects.
